| In this gallery of Suvira McDonald there are three works, which illustrate the spectrum of placemaking and public art.
As a contribution to an interior placemaking in Australia the first piece, A Wind Choreography is mounted in the mezzanine of
The Brisbane Marriott Hotel.
The second is a structural column in a family home in Australia and could have many applications in public art.
The third work was completed for a public park located at the meeting of two rivers. The site in Coraki , NSW, Australia is prone to flooding and the sculpture was designed to avoid floating logs and debris during flood. The sculpture incorporates many environmental messages an is a primary element of the placemaking of that site.
